Ears

Tail

Insert your hook in the middle of round 6 in the back and pull up a loop.

2 in the second ch from the hook :1 sc, 1 hdc
Slst on the stitch next to the one where you inserted your hook. FO and weave in the ends.

Embroidery.

With a piece of cotton or embroidery thread, embroider a nose between the eyes between rounds 14 and 15.
If you want, you can also embroider eyelashes in black and reflections on the sides of the eyes in white.You can also add three little stripes on the top of the head with a piece of cotton or embroidery thread.
